This Podcast was created to address the Chronic Dietary diseases plaguing Black and Brown Communities. Extensive time and research have revealed some inconsistencies related to Food, Sickness & Health.

Our Content Contributors are lay people 'living the journey' as well as nutritionists, pharmacists, and other Allied Health professionals.
