This Podcast was created to address the Chronic Dietary diseases plaguing Black and Brown Communities. Extensive time and research have revealed some inconsistencies related to Food, Sickness & Health.

Short Vignettes about food & interviews are what you can expect. Our Content Contributors are lay people 'living the journey' as well as nutritionists, pharmacists, and other Allied Health professionals. What is apparent to us is, we have more medicine and technology than ever before, yet we have more Sick People.
